Enjoys: Date nights with his wife, game nights with the family, hunting, fishing, traveling, and collecting sports cards.

Scheduling jobs, managing the books, and creating thank you gifts for homeowners, Allison brings over 2 decades of small business ownership to her role.

Favorite part of the job: Being able to work from home and with her family.

Enjoys: Long walks on the beach (actually), reading, floral design, dinner around the table with her family, and traveling.

Luke Dalke

As a high school junior, Luke is getting his commercial drone license to assist in roof inspections and is our #1 repair guy.

Favorite part of the job: Learning about how small businesses run and gaining the knowledge of a useful trade.
Oh, and making money!

Enjoys: Playing high school football, pole vaulting, serving at church, playing chess, working out with his friends, and hanging out with his girlfriend.

Addison Dalke

As a college junior at OSU studying psychology, Addy is friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. She excels at managing the details of every job and the crews.

Favorite part of the job: The flexibility to check in on materials and crews when we install jobs in the Stillwater area.

Enjoys: Being a wrangler and camp counselor at Camp War Eagle, all things OSU, riding horses, photography, and being a part of The Table (a campus ministry) at OSU.
